Who we are
Devon Mums is a community guide to pram-friendly places, things to do and baby and toddler classes across Exeter and Devon. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Reporting content
Every review has a report button, and reports go straight to our moderation queue. We check reported content and remove anything that breaks the rules within 24 hours. Urgent concerns: hello@devonmums.uk.
What we collect
- Your email address and display name when you create an account.
- Reviews, ratings, comments, tips and photos you choose to post.
- Reports you submit about other people's content.
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the app running and secure.
Location
Maps show the locations of venues, walks and classes. We do not track your location in the background. If your browser asks to share your location, that is only used on your device to centre the map, and it is never stored by us.
Children
Devon Mums is for adults. Please don't post identifying details or photographs of children. We remove content that does.
How your data is stored
Your account, reviews and photos are stored securely on our hosted backend within the EU/UK region. Review photos are kept in a private store and only shared through temporary links. Access rules mean only you can edit or delete your own posts.
Sharing
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Your display name and the content of your reviews are visible to other users. We share data with third parties only where needed to run the service (hosting, authentication) or if legally required.
Your rights
You can edit or delete any review you post at any time. You can permanently delete your account and everything attached to it from your account page. You can also ask us for a copy of your data.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy we'll update this page and the date above.
